Really nice location. Located out of a populated area, but just few minutes ride to the nearest village, which offers shops, local fruits and vegetables, restaurants, etc. You have your own small beach, which is amazing. It's located in a small bay where the water is shallow, so the water is very warm. you can chill in the morning on that private beach, or look at the stars on a clear night, which is great. In the backyard, there's also a wooden table with benches which is protected from the sun. There are two Another plus is that you have plenty of options for beaches around and also for trips if you like to visit new places and see new things. The water is very clean everywhere, I later read an article which claims Croatia has the cleanest swimming waters of all EU countries, which explains our experience. The water is crystal clear, even in nearby town's ports.

Most of the beaches in the area don't have fine sand in and out of the water. I recommend buying the special shoes for beaches. We bought such from Zadar Decathlon store for just 7 EURO and those proved to be invaluable throughout our stay. The AC was a bit old and noisy and the Internet was a bit slow during the day. We had some problems with setting the TV, too. There was no potato peeler in the kitchen, but that's not a big deal.
