Evas Apartment

We are a regular booking.com traveler and would rate this place as one of the real value of all the places we have stayed. Check-in was very easy and smooth. The apartment was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. Bedding and towels were very clean, like new. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. A good refrigerator, microwave, etc. are new and in perfect condition. And the huge terrace is aditional bonus. The apartment is close (few minutes walk) to a large supermarket which is very convenient, and just steps from dozens of restaurants and cafes. And not to forget the vicinity of lovely beach, Fig tree. Only 2 minutes walk. Special thanks to hosts. They are great and there when you need them, almost in a minute! We had a great stay and will definitely come back again!

The property is so spacious and clean. The key highlight is the location as it was to Fig Tree Bay. We liked everything about it, it was so atmospheric. That big terrace is invaluable.

First of all, hosts are such a kind and lovely people! They made our stay very pleasant, thank you again Panayiotis and Tonia! Apartment is on excellent location, on the first (and last) floor of a renovated building with external stairs on the back side. It's spatious and very clean. There are great restaurants and supermarket just in front. The beach is nearby. The pictures on Booking are embellished, but they do not differ much from reality. The main terrace is large and great during the evening (during the day is pretty warm). I have to say, we would like to come again, besides the things that we didn't like.

Backyard. It's not just the look on it. To enter the apartment, you have to pass through. In the night, there is no light and there are dumpsters (and garbage) for two restaurants. There is a mini amusement park next to the building, so there is a noise during the season but luckily not the late hours.

Staying at Eva's Apartment was an amazing experience! The location was perfect. It is situated on Protaras strip and it was incredibly easy to get around. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Equipped kitchen, great wifi, a comfortable bed, and a lovely balcony with an amazing view. We would definitely stay here again!
