Sehr schönes, hervorragend ausgestattetes Appartement in perfekter Strandnähe. Alles war sauber, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Besonders die ruhige Lage und der unkomplizierte Kontakt zu den Gastgebern haben überzeugt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Alojamiento muy amplio y cómodo.

Very spacious and well equipped apartment in the centre of Pernera, near the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment had a good cooker, big fridge-freezer, washing machine and a microwave. We had the use of the pool in Blue Spice next door, and they also serve breakfast lunch and dinner. Potami beach is less than 5 minutes walk away. Pernera is close to Protaras which you can walk to via a coastal path or by bus or taxi. It is quieter and less brash and 'in your face' than its larger neighbour and a better bet if you want a relaxing holiday for a couple or family & friends.

We were in a split level apartment with stairs up to a mezzanine level with the bedroom and bathroom. OK for us, but It would not suit anyone with limited mobility.

Teljesen új, jól felszerelt, igényes szállás, a tengerpart közvetlen közelében. Az előszezon miatt kifejezetten csendes, nyugodt volt a környék, gyerekekkel ideális (viszont a szomszédos medencét emiatt még nem tudtuk használni, túl hideg volt hozzá). Az apartman nagyon ízlésesen van berendezve, figyeltek a részletekre, a fürdőszobában minőségi, adagolós tusfürdő, szappan, testápoló, hajbalzsam volt elérhető.

A saját, kisebb takarításhoz a seprű mellé egy felmosó és lapát is szükséges lett volna.

The property was nice and cozy. Everything was cleaned. Akis the owner was very responsive. He helped us with everything and gave us great recommendations. We very recommend.
