Great location, near the best beach and supermarket. Very clean, new and with all necessary equipment for pleasure stay. Host Chrystalla is so kind and her assistance for our last day is much appreciated! Recommend and will come again for sure 🙂

"Great place for a 4 pe family!"

Everything was excellent! Central location, private car parking place, cleaniness, the kitchen utilities were higher than our expectations, the apartment decor is superb but mostly we liked the kind, polite and extremely helpful owner, Chrystalla.

The living room is a bit small and gets a bit crowded for 4 adults in case you indent to stay in and watch TV! On the other hand, its proximity to the beach (less than 3 minutes walk) and the Central Avenue of Protaras, invite you to never stay in!

We liked everything! the location is 2 minute walk to Fig Tree Bay; the apartment is very quiet, no traffic or noise; it is fully equipped, very clean with all necessities.. the host Xristala is very friendly and generous; we had a welcoming bottle of wine and snacks; super clean sheets and towels… Parking is also available.. there is a supermarket downstairs, and a taverna (we didn’t try) The host also had created a small booklet with recommendations for restaurants and diners in Protaras.. Great place, we will definitely come back!

Great location, next to the beach. Newly refurbished apartman, very comfortable, clean, kind owner. We had welcome wine and sweets at arrival which was very kind.

Just a small advice for the owner: please provide some basic seasonings, oil , salt for someone wants to cook and then no need to buy liter of oil or kg of salt, etc for the stay.
