FIG TREE GIANNIS

Location was perfect. On the strip. Beach 5 minutes walk. All amenities nearby. Property had everything required for self catering. Owner was super helpful. If you required anything, he was easily accessible.

Nothing. Everything was as expected .

Disappointing, but clean

I really appreciated the host, who was very kind and welcoming. The location was excellent – close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and everything you might need. The beach was about 500 m away, but the walk was enjoyable, and we could even see the sea from the room. The two-room apartment was spacious and perfect for us.

It’s not that I didn’t like something, but I think some things could be improved. The bed linens and towels were clean, but quite old. I would have preferred fresh, white, immaculate bed sheets with a pleasant scent – the kind that instantly makes you want to jump into bed.

There was no sitting room-the only area where we could actually sit and eat sth was the kitchen which was really dark and thus suffocating. We also didn't like the fact that the porch-veranda had no umbrella or some kind of pergola so that we could sit under, even for a while. Basically, even though the veranda is huge, one can only use it after 730 pm. Finally, the mattresses were not very comfortable.

Amazing people to help you anytime!

We spent a couple of days at FIG TREE GIANNIS with a group of friends and we all LOVED it. Our host Yiannis was very nice and helpful, the communication with him was smooth and he gave us some nice suggestions regarding places to visit. The apartment itself absolutely exceeded our expectations, it was fully equipped with stuff we needed, it was clean and really close to nice beaches/bars/restaurants/grocery shops/bus stops etc. In a nutshell/overall experience: fanstastic!
