FIG TREE GIANNIS

The owner is kind but not efficient

Where to begin from??? The name of the place is FIG TREE YIANNIS but it is definitely a place NOT near Fig Tree Beach! It is a 12 minutes walk from there but if you have kids with beach toys, foods and towels plus a 40 degree sun then the 12 minute walk becomes a nightmare! Regarding to the apartment, the booking photos are full of filters! Everything looks so new and clean but in reality the apartment is VERY OLD! To go to the apartment you pass through a hall which smells very bad and the entry place looks more like a garbage entry than a 4 star appartement entry! The apartment has a small kitchen without washing machine and the fridge had a very bad salami smell! The main bedroom has a VERY HARD mattress and bad quality pillows. None of these items has cloth protection so you can imagine how the microbes “dance” between the clients! The second bedroom has 2 single beds with the same problems as the main bedroom (hard mattresses, bad quality pillows). Both of the rooms have access to a huge balcony which could be nice but there is no sun protection (shading) there except from un umbrella! But this is not enough for a 40 degree area! That’s for sure! Also, this balcony has a view to a playground and a road but the advertisement says that this is a sea view appartement! This is DEFINITELY NOT A SEA VIEW APARTMENT!!! Last but not least all the bed sheets and towels are very old. Maybe cleaned but the smell of all is not the one expected from a 4 star apartment. On the contrary, all lingerie had bad smells because are old.

No washing machine ... parking difficult. Glasses dirty..
