Excellent location and view. Excellent host. Highly recommended!

Everything was tidy and clean. Like the fact that the property offers free drinks, water and all the necessary kitchen equipment. Clean towels (for the beach as well) and super comfortable bed and pillows.

Blackout blinds are needed for the sunlight in the morning

The view, the location (1 minute walk from the turtle bay) and the area being quiet and a 5 minute drive from downtown protaras.

The apartment is very nice and we'd happily stay there again in the future and are happy to recommend it to others. The owners Yiannakis and Joan are absolutely brilliant in their customer service by providing so much local information of things to do and visit and also restaurants to eat at. Can't rate the owners highly enough, one word - superb!! 😁

Perfect location. The host was super friendly and helpful. The welcome drinks were wonderful after a long drive. Sitting on the balcony taking in the view was perfect. I highly recommend this place.

Very little to dislike...

Very nice sea view, beautiful clear water, nice swimming pool area.

The apartment is well equipped. Added bonus with the washing machine as had everything mostly washed for going home. Bonus! The owners were so Kind and helpful. They supplied drinks in the fridge and large bottles of water. Halfway through our stay the gave us more water when a cleaner came to freshen up the apartment halfway through our stay. Wish they'd told us.... I would have tidied up a bit! :D We loved the balcony. Great view of the sea. Well shaded at lunchtime which was perfect for lunch Al fresco. It was just heaven. Protaras is a bit of a walk along the front boardwalk or the main road at the back. Should we ever return we'd definitely be in touch. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely apartment and your hospitality. We had a great time.

My only gripe... Which was no fault of the apartment or the owners. The weekend. Locals show up to the pool in droves. Especially teenagers. It was so noisy. Not relaxing at all. There should be a sign up saying Pool for Residents Only . We paid good money for peace and quiet. It's a pity but it should be monitored. We weren't the only ones who commented. Apparently it happens all the time. Funny thing is there's a gorgeous hotel next door and they didn't go there. Would have to spend money of course.
