Was more like an air bnb. That is no concierge like a hotel. Not good for short stays, but longer stays perfect.

+Perfect location, close to the centre and close the beach and restaurants + Very nice view of the city from the 24th floor from the balcony

General about the building - No reception - The property has 30 floors, with about 25 apartments/floor making a total of about 800 apartments in the whole building, but only 5 small elevators. This makes the waiting for the elevator of about 5 minutes each time. And for sure at least 10 persons each time. - No AC in the general area making it too hot in the elevator - Have to pay to get access to the swimming pool even it says free access - No parking reserved and the parking was full so we had to find a parking on the street General about the apartments we rented: - Too bad cleaning (hair in the bath), and a lot of dust hanging over the ventilation over the toilet (my kid was so afraid to go the bathroom due to that)
