The host is very attentive. He came to greet us and gave us a tour around the place. He even went to buy sugar for us when we didn't know where to buy. Also the location is good.

Vị trí căn hộ rất tốt, chỉ cần 5p là ra tới biển. Có bếp và các dụng cụ cần thiết để nấu ăn, thích hợp cho cả gia đình lẫn nhóm bạn.

Vợ chồng chủ nhà tử tế và vui vẻ, phòng rất sạch sẽ và rộng rãi. Đây là địa chỉ đáng tin cậy, Tôi sẽ trở lại đây vào lần sau.

Phòng không có trang bị lò vi sóng, nếu có thì tuyệt vời hơn.

Mình đã có 3 ngày 2 đêm rất thoải mái ở đây. Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ mà lại rẻ nữa, gần biển nên không khí cũng rất trong lành. Nếu quay lại mình sẽ vẫn chọn ở đây.

Vị trí thuận tiện di chuyển giữa các địa điểm. Gần chợ đầu mối lớn , nhiều đồ ăn ngon. Chủ căn hộ nhiệt tình, giúp đỡ khách 24/24

Chuyến đi Quy Nhơn lần này của tụi mình trở nên rất trọn vẹn nhờ chọn ở Luxury Apartment Altara. Căn hộ có vị trí sát biển, buổi sáng chỉ cần đi bộ vài phút là có thể ngắm biển, hít không khí trong lành – cực kỳ lãng mạn cho các cặp đôi.

It was in a good location

We had a late check in, the host said to ask for the key to certain number room from the front desk. They proceeded to give us the wrong number room despite asking for a specific number. They shook their head and ushered us into the elevator anyway. Once we arrived in our room we knew it was the wrong one and I messaged the host. He responded and said to go back down to the front desk and get the other key. Which we did. Once we finally arrived in our actual room. It was nothing like the pictures on the site. The bathroom was very dirty and this posed health concerns. We realised then that the balcony wasn’t actually a viewing balcony is was just an alcove for the washing machine. We decided to head to the pool to see the view and look at the gym. When we arrived to the floor. There were locked doors on either side and a sign in the corridor. It had said that the pool and the gym had been closed since 2024. The gym and the pool/view were two of the main reasons we chose this apartment. Disappointed after the room confusion, the misleading photos on the website, the lack of cleanliness in the room combined with the incorrect information in reference to the pool and the gym. I messaged the host. He responded saying that there are different levels of cleanliness (this is ridiculous as it was so dirty it wasn’t sanitary) and that he had stated that the gym and pool were closed on the website (this was also incorrect). He said we would discuss the next morning when he came to collect our payment. He came took the money and left. As soon as he left he marked us as a no show and cancelled the booking on booking.com to stop us from being able to make a review. This just adds to the misleading and deceptive nature of this listening. It was evident that he is purposely doing this to stop people from reviewing the property accurately. I would not stay here at all.
