The owner was very helphul. Appartment very good with all facilities.

Swimming pool closed but nice beaches all around.

Stunning view. Comfortable bed. Good communications. Helpful staff. Good lighting. Clean. Soundproof windows blocked the minimal noise of nearby construction (unavoidable in this growing city). Good A/C and washing machine.

The rooftop pool has been closed since at least October 2024 due to what seems to be design flaw affected by the constant strong wind. Who knows if it will be open when future visitors come but arrangements can be made to access another building’s pool. There was a smell from the bathroom floor drainage hole which was partially fixed by pouring boiling water and cleaner down it. The owner is aware to address this plumbing issue.

The unit was clean and secure. Communication good with host.

Location for us not great, the pool wasn't closed due to wind as was the reason given. The pool is unusable. Do not book this place if you wish a nice pool area. States on site pool is open, it is not. Beds are thin mattress, pillows pretty much non existent.

Funiture is bad, king beds are made from 2 single beds, not condiments or spice for cooking, not enough towels

We are a couple from Australia and this was my second time here, place was amazing as always, the owners did a magnificent job at catering the extra needs for my newborn, highly recommended, best apartment in Quy Nhon 🫶🏻
