The location was beautiful and the apartment was very clean.

Unfortunately, we came for a relaxing weekend, and the apartment description said there was soundproofing. However, there was a large group of guests there at the same time in the apartment above us and beside us, who were very loud. It felt like they were in our apartment at times. It ruined the chance of any relaxation and the sound went on until midnight. I did ask if there was a quieter apartment to stay in, but unfortunately there was no reply. I’m sure it would have been a different experience if there were quieter guests. That being said, perhaps it shouldn’t be advertised as sound proofed rooms if there really isn’t much sound proofing at all.
