Apartman Leona

We were greeted by Mariela's parents, who didn't speak a word of English, but with mutual gesturing and my smattering of Croatian, we did just fine! They were so sweet and loving with our kids, and have built an amazing rustic playground on the property that the kids were crazy about. The place is nestled in the lovely Croatian countryside, very convenient to Plitvice by car, and Mariela actually works there, so she was able to give us crucial advice about admission to the park. She even offered to do our laundry for us, very kind. The place was comfortable and well-appointed for our two-night stay.

The stairs in the apartment are very slick, and I actually slipped and fell on them while walking downstairs in my socks. I hurt my arm trying to break my fall, and it still hurts nearly 2 weeks later. It would help to put some anti-slip tape on the stairs to avoid this happening again.

The host was so friendy. Everything was clean and nice. The garden was so peaceful. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Everything available that is needed. Hosts are very nice and helpful. The apartment as well as the surroundings are very nice. Relatively close to the national park.

WiFi sometimes a little slow

We’re very late arrived, but Mirella waiting for us! Babybed, oven, microwave, fridge… everything have in the hotel!

Everything was fine!!

The property is in the country side and we had a pleasant experience.
