Sarah is such a lovely positive host. ✨💫 the property is quirky and gorgeous, really well equipped, there are some fab touches like the snacks and the games cupboard. She really has gone above and beyond to be very welcoming.

Great location, excellent communication with host, addictive arcade games, well equipped kitchen, welcome hamper was delightful, comfy bed, guest welcome book with lots of recommendations (Ramsgate Tunnels was really enjoyable and a short distance away). Would highly recommend!

Perhaps some black out curtains/ blinds in the living room. My kids dislike wearing eye masks so were up earlier than usual. We swapped on the second night and sofa bed ok for adults but quite squeaky. Shower temperature was a bit unpredictable for us. Towel rail in bathroom couldn’t be switched on so always felt a bit damp in the bathroom despite leaving the window open after showering. Resulted in toilet paper feeling slightly damp.

Firstly I’d like to thank Sarah she is the best host, it was my husband’s birthday and she very kindly sent a bday card for him 😊 the property is outstanding, very well thought out, I loved the quirky little items of furniture and the lovely decoration, very clean throughout absolutely spotless. A very nice little garden to the back of the property. Not to far to walk to town and quite central to other coastal areas, we noticed a bus that went to Margate and Broadstairs which we thought would be quite handy. We would definitely recommend and hope to come back for another Stay in the near future. Thanks Sarah for letting us stay at your beautiful home xx

we loved everything apart from the soft pillows lol

The lock box was well hidden (we found a different one first and called the owner to help - she explained where the correct box was). The Apartment is very stylish, really well presented, and had everything you'd need. Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the marina, the beach and the town centre.

We didn't realise there wasn't central heating, went out for the evening soon after arrival and came back in the evening to find we were freezing. Our own fault - we could have left the heater on before leaving, we just didn't spot that it wasn't automatic.
