The location is great as well as the weather; the hotel restaurant staf so generous, kind & and helpful Also the facilities " playgrounds, pools and night life" are great

The two bedroom chalet isn't worth the money; one room, the air conditioner not functioning The bathroom has nothing to put or hang your clothes. it's just to take a bath, even the towel, no place to put it The kitchen is so poor, not equipped, thanks God I planned to eat outdoor There is no air conditioner in the living room I thought when I'm booking this chalet managed by Mousa Coast that it would be the same as I'm booking a hotel room but I was really disappointed I reported fixing the air conditioner twice and told that the problem would be fixed, but nothing happened

Luxurious furniture, very clean, high privacy. Staff is friendly, helpful and flexible in handling the guest concerns. Thanks for Mr. Ahmed Sawy Resv. Manager and for Mr. Moataz at FO and Mr. Hany HK.

Beds are not comfortable at all Bathroom is not equipped with curtain ,hangers As well as towel hangers

The place was fantastic for a family trip, the hotel crew was very helpful and decent, the animation team was very nice, a lot of plans to keep my child's happy on the beach, I tried TRIO burger for twice, it was very good food quality and crew, Menu and price was perfect.

some chalets need maintenance and housekeeping plans to be comfortable to live, I tried a dinner in Valentino's restaurant, it was one of the worst dinners ever, bad quality food, bad crew.
