struttura, accoglienza, piscina, ristorante, tutto. Durante il soggiorno, abbiamo visitato Firenze, Pisa, Lucca. Relax totale. Ristorante un punto di forza. Tutto ben curato. Rebecca carinissima ed Alessio pronto a fronte di qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Aria condizionata top.

Il verde in cui si trova e il parcheggio riservato sotto "i portici" del residence.

Pulizia mediocre Stanza buia e odore di umidità Non c'era il forno La macchinetta del caffè non funzionante Inoltre, vengono lasciate soltanto 2 capsule del caffè anche se la nostra prenotazione era di 4 notti per 2 persone. *Richiesta di 1EUR/Cad a capsula è ridicola e controproducente La piscina non sempre usufruibile, a mio avviso devono esserci SEMPRE dei ombrelli e sdrai riservati ai soggiornanti, almeno 1 per ogni stanza I laghetti sono esclusivamente per i pescatori, per gli altri non cé nulla di carino o da vedere, abbastanza trascurati. La cucina del ristorante è appena sufficiente, i piatti di quantità ridotta e non preparata bene, servizio mediocre.
