Locația aproape de centru

Nu știu cum poate avea acest apartament un scor așa de mare? Totul a început prost de la intrare când nu a mers cartela de la interfon și după a urmat coșmarul : Apartamentul se află la parter, plin de egrasie și mizerie, praful esta prezent peste tot intru- strat foarte gros , baia plină de mucegai pe tavan și la duș se făcea balta la baie, copii nu puteau să se spele pe pe față și pe dinți la chiuvetă deoarece este foarte înaltă și robinetul cu senzor , curgea apa doar dacă țineai mâna aproape lipită de robinet. Mucegai în dormitorul mare pe tavan, tot în acest dormitor este un filtru de aer plin de mizerie și praf.
