Location and the apartment very large.

One or two small areas were overlooked on clean prior to our changeover

Absolutely spotless apartment. Me & my wife, my sister & and her husband, stayed here for 3 nights. We were going to the races. Perfect location. The beds & spotless white cotton bedding were so comfortable. We love coming to Richmond this is our new place where we will be staying in future. Added bonus free parking

Absolutely beautiful apartment, decorated with impeccable taste and well equipped. Very handily located to make the most of Richmond. Lots of lovely little extra touches, from the welcome cake, to fresh flowers and eco toiletries.The hosts were super-helpful, friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay very special. We really couldn't have wished for better.

Perhaps add some spot lights/bedside lights for double in living area so you can read in bed.

Clean, comfortable and good location with off street parking.

Underfloor heating. Difficult to regulate.

Stylish, clean and modern. Very comfortable and has very adequate facilities.

Property was amazing. No issues at all. Aileen was on hand and really amenable. She kindly provided information on where and what to do nearby and was the perfect host. We felt very welcomed and loved our stay in Richmond. Would definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Thanks Aileen and Kevin.
