Great location although parking was an issue got a parking ticket

We liked everything about the property, lovely, clean, comfortable, rooms were spacious, felt very homely just like a home from home, the location was ideal and about a 5 minute walk from the town centre Lidl was about a 2 minute walk as just round the corner. A lovely place to stay.

There was nothing that we didn't like about the place.

Great communication from owner, nicely decorated and homely. There was even an umbrella left by the door. Ideally located to explore Richmond.

We were a family group of 7 (+ 2 dogs) and booked both apartments 'Olivia' and 'Georgia' (literally upstairs and downstairs in same semi-detached building) for a few days over Christmas 2024 and was ideal. Comfortable, warm and well equipped and only a few minutes walk to the main square in Richmond. Very good communication with host and very accommodating. Was much appreciated and we had a great time. Richmond is a nice place to stay for a few days and a good base surrounded by some lovely countryside and interesting places. Plenty of cafes, pubs, restaurants, etc.

Nothing to complain about. For info ... Parking perhaps a slight faff but certainly not an overall problem. Each apartment has a parking voucher to allow you to park up to 2 hours in road directly outside during day, (no restrictions overnight). There's a nearby road (Quakers Lane) where can park without any restrictions and also a very large car park (Nuns Close) not too far away which is not too expensive for all day (free overnight).

The rooms were extremely comfortable and the facilities were fantastic. Amazing location in central Richmond too.
