Contemporary 3-Bedroom Home with Balcony in RVA

The bed in the master was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Parking was right in front. There were 4 TVs. The washer and dryer were full-size and easy to use. The showers had plenty of hot water and good pressure.

We had to walk up one flight of stairs from entry to get into the apartment. The street was very narrow and we had a big car.

Everything..All the amenities was fully stocked up.. Nice and peaceful.. The Bedrooms I Definitely loved

The Wifi kept going in and out and the screen door connected to the deck I believe should have a curtain on it so others can’t really directly inside the property other then that everything was all good

The house was very spacious and in a, quiet street.

We loved this beautiful property! Very well taken care of. Very clean. So spacious & clean! Perfect for our family gathering. Plus great restaurants nearby as described!

We didn’t end up using the bottom trundle bed since it appeared the sheets hadn’t been changed. A couple people were concerned about the neighborhood feeling a bit unsafe. I might suggest the owner add zippered pillow covers to the bed pillows, under the actual pillow cases. (Not plastic or vinyl)

This unit is spacious and clean. The washer and dryer are big and powerful, which is really helpful to our swimmers' daily swimming supply. The air condition is also powerful and keep us cool all the time during the hot summer time. We cook our own breakfast and dinner, but you can easily find some good restaurants nearby.

Wish the host could provide some china dinnerware (plates and bowls) instead of plastic ones.

Lots of TV's all with the same interface. Two full bathrooms, excellent private 3rd floor bedroom (if you don't mind the 15 steps) and access to 2nd floor deck. Also, plenty of towels and storage space.

Lots of steps. Low water pressure on 3rd floor.
