"Good stay but can be improved by host"

The property is located about 20 minutes walk from the center. You can find supermarkets, malls etc near the house. It is located in a quiet residential area.

We found many issues with the place. 1. No bath soaps were provided 2. No kitchen towel 3. Mattress was hard to sleep 4. You can hear noise from upstairs 5. Basic cooking ingredients/coffee/tea not offered (usually in apartments they are provided) 5. No windows in the bedroom 7. In general the apartment lack any character - no decoration pieces, wall art, nothing

clean and comfortable beds

we booked this stay only because its location which should be close to the airport. I thought the property was closer to the airport than it actually was. My mistake, but just be aware that from the stay it will take you about 10-15min by car (without traffic) and Uber will cost you about 50,000 COP.
