Polhouse Apartamenty

Mieszkanie zlokalizowane jest na pierwszym piętrze stosunkowo nowego 4-kondygnacyjnego budynku z windą, bezpośrednio nad 24-godzinną apteką. Około 6 minut piechotą od dworca PKP i 10 minut od rynku. Składa się z sypialni, kuchni, salonu i stosunkowo dużego balkonu. Obiekt jest przyjazny psom (bez dodatkowych opłat). Powitała nas bardzo miła Właścicielka. Przekazała klucze, podstawowe informacje o mieszkaniu i atrakcjach Rzeszowa. Serdecznie dziękujemy!

Łóżka nie były wygodne, ale trudno wszystkim dogodzić. Innym zapewne będą pasować. Blok znajduje się przy ruchliwym rondzie.

We have received the warmest welcome. Beata and her husband are lovely people, very friendly and supportive. They took care of the smallest detail to make sure we have a perfect stay. The place is very comfortable and cosy. Very clean. It has everything you might need for your stay. The location is very convenient as well. We felt like being received by close friends. Appreciate this very much!

The flat is in a very good location. Railway station is less than 10 mins walk, a great Japanese restaurant is 3 mins walk and a few pharmacies, small food stores are a few minutes away. A big shopping center is about 15 mins to walk to. The flat is on the first floor, a lift is working fine. Very clean, quiet and secure building. The flat has got everything you need starting from comfortable beds/other furniture to coffee, tea, microwave, hob, oven, coffee maker in the kitchen. A bathroom has washing machine, shower, toiletries, washing powder and toilet paper. The beddings/towels are clean and fresh. You do not need to buy anything if you are not planning to cook! I loved the balcony :) The whole flat is very cousy and pleasure to spend time in there. Thank you for chocolates Beata :) Beata is the best host I ever met and very kind person. We were travelling from UK to meet our family, who was travelling from another country as well. They arrived to Poland before us. Beata met them on train station herself and got them to the flat before we even arrived to Poland. She was amazing and helpful from the moment I booked her flat. She called and texted to me providing with details of travel, pick up the keys and so on. I had rather a few various questions and she always responded giving me the answers. She even went to train station to find out time table for my family to travel back home. She also accommodated our early arrival and late departure with no problem at all. All our family is very grateful for everything you have done for us. People like you are putting tears in my eyes and help me to believe there are still good people in this world!!!

The host is such a charming lady and the location great and onsite parking are perfect. There is a small food store to the west just through an alley that is quick to access.

My only request is I recommend installing black out shades for very dark sleeping quarters, which unfortunately are lacking in most apartments I rent.
