The house was located at the periphery of Rasnov, so it was quiet most times. The temperature in the house was ok-ish.

First of all, it's really far from the center. There are no shops / restaurants nearby, so without a car you can't get by. The apartment was very dusty and seemed to lack some basic necessities: no detergent for the dish washer, most plates were chipped or cracked and there was no support to leave them to dry, there was little toilet paper, no place to put a shower gel, the shower cabin did not close right, the water pressure was poor. Furniture could use an upgrade. The luminous paintings in one of the bedrooms were awful and creepy.
