Clean accommodation, easily accessible, with an excellent location. The apartment was well-equipped, with kitchen, including cooking and eating utensils, and some other useful amenities. The host was very friendly, helpful, and readily available to assist us.

In the bathroom I didn't find any soap or shower gel, but a bottle of dishwashing detergent. I think it was just a mistake and not intentional. Fortunately we found an open store so we could buy the necessary things.

View on the mountain range was glorious. I recommend breakfast on the balcony. Spacious apartment. Kitchenette well equipped. Very good communication with helpful owner.

Great location, quiet with plenty of natural light. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils and was very clean. The big surprise was how comfortable the fold-down Murphy beds were. The host provided clear instructions and was very welcoming. It was great to be able to use a washer and dryer on the premises too!

I was picked up by the owner right from the multi-story car park and driven to the house. There are storage facilities available close the slopes that allow skiers to leave their equipment behind before going home. Well organised accomodation that even has a small drinks shop where guests can help themselves to wine, beer and juices and pay when they leave. What a good idea!

The property certainly isn't cheap but one also has to consider that I was staying on my own in a very roomy flat that could normally sleep up to 4 people.

It was quite an adventure to start our trip: the road to Saas Fee was closed on Good Friday after record snowfall, which was suppose to be check in day. We had to spend a night in Brig to wait for the road to reopen. Konstantin was in communication with us the whole time. Finally after waiting, the road was open for 2 hours Saturday night. We finally got in and was picked up by the shuttle offered by the Haus, past normal operating time, which we are grateful for as it was late in the evening. The apartment itself was very comfortable, it had everything we needed to make all of our meals and get restful sleep. We appreciate all of the household necessities like paper towels, garbage bags, dish tabs, etc. as it is not common for a rental holiday apartment to offer them! Konstantin is a very gracious and organized host who understands the meaning of great hospitality. We will most definitely be back! Everything was great and exceeded my expectations.
