Jochen was very accommodating, up front, nice and very helpful with everything. Definitely recommend!

Our host was very friendly and helpful. This studio apartment is situated in the centre of the village, has a nice patio, was very clean and very well appointed. We found that every corner and little space was well used, the kitchen and the bathroom had everything we needed. The bed was tucked in a corner of the studio, away from the kitchen and lounge which was well appreciated. There was also a lot of information about the village and excursions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to rent a small place for a great holiday!

Good size appartement, clean and quite confortable. Very good central location. Host was professional, warm and helpful. Took our luggage in a little electric car from parking to the appartement.

The bathroom was a bit small, functional though. The mattresses were not very supportive.

Jochen is a superb host who will do his utmost to ensure you have a great holiday. The apartments are clean, spacious (having stayed in extortionately priced French shoe boxes) and very well equipped. The position in Saas Fee was perfect for us, a little quiet oasis but very close to both the centre of town, shops and skiing. We hope to return.

We enjoyed the hospitality of Jochen Bumann. The place was perfectly clean and well equipped. We loved the location with everything within a 5 - 10 min walking distance. Jochen can be strict but that comes with the Swiss culture (friendly wink). The result however is reliability and tranquilituy when staying at Haus Helvetia. He is very proud of Wallis and rightfully so. Let Jochen surprise you with sound advice and little treats. During the Corona crisis he was very flexible in moving our booking avaoiding lock down periods. I thank you and hope to see you soon in good health!

I've been a long week end with friends: 2 couples. We rented one apartment for 3 nights, with 2 bedrooms and one toilet. The apartment was perfectly prepared and clean when we arrived. Plenty of space available, nice kitchen with all necessary tools. Nice living room with big screen TV and spacious toilet. Really nothing was missing. The position in Saas Fee is also perfect, close to centre and to all facilities. Jochen, the owner, was always available on the phone for any question, very kind and supportive. I will definitely contact again Jochen next time i will go to Saas Fee. Highly recommended.

Very much enjoyed our vacation and the stay at the Helvetia. Owner took care of every little detail. Loved Saas Fee, the mountains and our apartment. Best of all, transportation up the mountains was included in the rent. Although we had a great kitchen, we always enjoyed the restaurants. Prices do compare to those in the U.S..

Perfectly appointed with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Jochen is an excellent host and very helpful. Centrally located close to shops, restaurants and ski hire and lifts. We had a fantastic stay at Helvetia and look forward to returning.

House Helvitia is a fantastic property in a great location. The Bumann family are the perfect hosts and very helpful. The apartment was modern, very clean, very spacious and very well equipped and in the perfect location in close proximity to the cable cars, restaurants and shops. Overall a first class experience.

Very nice apartment house conveniently located in the center of Saas Fee, a bit on the side of the center, not on the main road, close to the lifts and the main square. The house keeper is extremely friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and apartment spaces are well thought out.
