Easy check in, the apartment has everything you need for a long term stay. Excellent customer service. The host was always very helpful and easy to communicate with, prompt responses. Overall stay was very great.

The apartment was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, there was a TV with Netflix.

The air-conditioners didn't work, which mean I had no way to warm the apartment. It was really cold once the sun set down and I was basically freezing. I told the manager and he said a technician will have to come but since it's the weekend it will only be after I left, which I can understand, but he didn't offer any other solution like bringing extra blankets or a compensation for this situation, so he didn't really care. Beside that, the bathroom was really small which is fine, but there was not even a place to hang towels, so it was really uncomfortable.
