The place has a very good location, just right at the beach, close to good bars, and the neighborhood is relatively safe. There are also tourist sights and museums close by.

The apartment was very poorly equipped, there was nothing, only bed and sheets, few glasses and pots. Even clothes hangers were missing. The walls were dirty, and cockroaches were running around.

the property needs some updates, guess it’s happening, elevator super slow, I would say furnitures @ apartment kind old and tiring. me and my partner got really bad skin reactions, guess of the moldem and place not really clean enough.
