Vista da praia, piscina, vigilância e recepção 24h, conforto e limpeza, comodidades da cozinha compacta, acesso amplo a bares, restaurantes e café, bom sinal de internet.

Foi orientado que a entrada era pela rua de trás, mas a recepção do Condomínio informou que os táxis podem parar na portaria da Av. Oceânica sem problemas. Não houve porém mais nada além dessa pequena confusão e isso não afetou particularmente nossa experiência.
