Nothing. The bad service eleminates the one positive thing.

Ants everywhere (kitchen, flooring and on the bed), unusable kitchen equiptment (pans and pots were heavily scratched that you can"t use them (health risk), the description promised a washmashine and a dryer (these aren't in the appartment and not for free), mentioned fitnessstudio is locked and not the whole day opened, no space for personal stuff. But the MOST WORST THING is the customer expierience. The description said that there is the possibility to store your luggage. We had to store our luggage at our departure day. I asked the service team where I can store it. They said to me that it is not possible anymore because the terms of the facility has been changed but they didn't change the informations in booking. I asked several times for a solution. They didn't have a solution and said that it is not their job to take care about it. I asked for a discount for the uncoveniences. No reaction. As a result we had to pay for store our stuff at another place. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND IGNORE THIS ADRESS.

we had a great stay here. very affordable for the area, being right beside the beach and only a 10 minute cab from the historic district. definitely recommend
