Location to the railway station

Unfortunately, there was building/construction work happening while we were there.

Very close to train station. A bit of a walk to old city but we chose routes through mirabelle gardens and along river. The apartment is fantastic. Great to have a washing machine and clothes dried out on the balcony

Overall, it is a good accommodation.

Building site near create a lot of nose during the day. However, at night is quiet and we had a good sleep.

The flat had many equipments for cooking and is close to Salzburg hbf. It was clean and had all the things that a family would need. They have created a file which gives all relevant information. Check in and check out was simple.

The flat doesn't have a lift. So it was excruciatingly painful taking luggage up and down 4 floors. There's construction site besides the apt. So whole day from early morning there's noise. The area, while very close to Hbf, isn't an ideal area for families.

Location close to the train station/bus station was great. Short walk to the old town. Close to grocery store to cook at the apartment. Kitchen well equipt. Comfy bed. Apartment is larger than it appears in the pictures. Spacious bathroom too with excellent water pressure and hot water in the shower. Added bonuses were the washing machine and a balcony for outdoor space. There is a great pizza place and a great thai place, each about a 30 second walk away for very convenient meals when you don’t want to cook.

No fault of the owner whatsoever, but there is a major construction site across the street which was very loud from 7 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday. No work on Sundays or Holidays. At times the entire apartment shook from the work as they were drilling the pylons currently. We were there May 2024 and it looks like this project could take at least a year to complete. On the upside, we had a built in alarm clock when they started work at 7am.

The location is good Spacious Clean

The owner is barely reachable. We sent messages via booking.com and what's app asking about luggage storage and Check-out time but got replay 4hrs and 30 hrs later, which is basically unhelpful. ( I also tried to call via WhatsApp, but there was no answer) The sofa bed is uncomfortable. It's bending inward, and you can't really find a flat area to sleep on. No shower gel/shampoo No oil in the kitchen (salt and peper available)

Room is clean and comfortable. The location is good.
