Haus Gnigl

It was very clean. We like to walk barefoot and that was no problem at all. The apartment is quite spacious with a large balcony/patio which we did not get a chance to use b/c of the weather. Garbage is being separated, so helping take care of the environment. Capsule coffee maker makes it easy to get a quick caffeine fix in the morning. Bus stop (with bakery) makes it very convenient to reach the city center and go sight seeing or transfer to other busses to reach places slightly further away (Hellbrunn, Unterberg).

Nothing earth shattering, just some nitpicking on an otherwise very enjoyable stay: Previous occupants have badly scratched all three non-stick frying pans. Wonder if a stainless steel pan would be a better choice, but I guess people will burn food in it as well. Would be nice to have some instructions on which garbage is considered what - i.e. drink packages go to plastic not paper.

Very spacious living room/kitchen and cozy feeling in all the rooms. Very nice owners.

No heating in the corridor, so all room doors must be closed at all times, but this wasn't a big problem.
