Villa Maxglan

The decor was really nice, very tastefully done. The host is wonderful, very helpful. Suggested a car option to go around which was really great. The driver was a guide for many years and made our trip to countryside worth every penny.

The location was not the best but not too bad either. the wooden floors were squeaky in some spots but not a big issue.

Cleanliness and spaciousness of the house. Ingrid helped us in planning our Salzburg trip.There were also toys in the house for 2+ year old.Well equipped kitchen.

This is an exceptional find. The villa has ample space and lots of character, a lovely terrace adjacent to a farm giving a countryside feel only a short drive from the city centre. The owner was very helpful and very nice, and gave us some homemade jam. Peaceful location with such a comfortable interior and full equipment - I wish we stayed longer.

The host is very nice. We had all we needed and more. Uber is available in AU so we took this is not very far from the city. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hist even privided a blanket when requested, as it was kind of cold. The terasse is beautiful. I recommend..parking is private inside the facility.

I have never stayed in a more accommodating, comfortable, homey, beautiful garden setting. The hostess Ingrid went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable! She even gave us a ride to city center the night after we arrived and made sure we knew about events happening nearby. She had fresh milk and eggs from a little farm in the area and shared her homemade schnapps. There is a lovely meadow with trails leading to a bus stop (several close by). Buses came at these locations every 10-15 minutes. I couldn’t recommend a more lovely place to enjoy your stay in Salzburg.

Beautiful villa that was clean, spacious and very well located. Felt like a home, with excellent facilities. The host Ingrid was lovely and very helpful. Highly recommend.
