Apartment Nannerl

This apartment was clean and spacious and near public transportation, grocery stores and restaurants. It had a nice balcony and was in a very quiet and safe area too.

You can hear neighbors in the hallway, but that's expected in an apartment building.

Bus stops near by. Has elevator.

Sofa bed are not cleaned and not comfortable. 2 cups and 2 plates are cracked. Restroom has a smell and restroom floor was wet for some reason. Building has a strong smell of cigarettes all the time. I had a hard time finding the right way to go into the building. With 10+ yrs travel experience, this was my first time spend 30+ mins checking in a property. I hope the instructions could be more clear. I got some information via booking.com msg in advance but those info with broken url hyperlinks are nonsense to me and not useful for fresh visitor. With the address, google map directs me to the lane of no.42. If you are there, go to the next lane at the right. Not the one with trash canes in the front. Then I was stuck by the entrance gate. Thanks to the neighbors, go to the other side to press the button to open the gate. And I spent like 30 mins figuring out how to open that key box. You have to pull the box in a certain way. You know, even when I checked out, I still struggled for that box opening to put the key in the box. Don't know why it can't be popped up automatically like other properties'. During the difficult time, I called the host many times but no answer until 30 mins after when I was fighting with that 'high secured" key box. As I really could not open the box, she said she will send someone to help but I have to wait 30 mins. Luckily, 5 mins after, I pulled out the key box without knowing how. 😅

시설이 있어야 할건 다 있고, 교통 접근성도 좋고, 가격도 좋다.

실제 사람 사는 아파트단지라 그런지 처음 걸어갈 때 위치 찾기가 좀 난감하다

Excellent price for money. Really comfortable flat with all the necessary facilities and walkable distance to the city centre.

일반아파트 형식이어서 좋았어요. 특히 세탁기가있어서 세탁을 할수있어 좋았어요. 가까운곳에 큰 마트.아시안마트가 있어서 활용하기 좋았어요.

복도에는 항상 자욱한 담배연기가 있었어요, 엘리베이터는 작고 독특하더라구요. 뷰는 공장뷰였어요. 참 그리고 네비에찍으면 공장에 들어가는 골목?이 나오는데 그 옆에 키박스가 있는 건물이에요.

нам понравилось все.в кварире было все что надо.кухоный набор.плита.кофемашинка.капсулы.шампунь.тостер.везде было мыло.таблетки для посуды.даже бумага для выпечки и лопатка для обуви .короче вывод если вы будете в этом не беспокойтесь ни очем там все есть. чисто.аккуратно.стильно.мы были на машине есть внутри парковка.есть лифт.номер теплый.

один небольшой ньюанс.при заезде на машине вам нужен ключ от ворот.но он находиться в локере при входе в дом..либо вы ждете что кто то вам откроет из жильцов .либо сами идете в дом и берете ключ от ворот. но это не как не помешало нашему проживанию. немного темно над обеденым столом.я бы добавил лампу :-)
