PLVery clean and large apartment situated not very far from the city center. Safe and modern neighborhood.

MYhouse was clean and I like it because there is a swimming pool for my son to swim in
the water in the bathroom is too slow and there is no water heater for showering. I suggest to prepare an extra mattress for the comfort of guests who bring many small children

It won awards a few years ago (2017) but property & furniture is now looking tired. needs a new lick of paint and updating. Hot dispenser didn’t work properly. Heated but not boiling water for tea/coffee. No towels supplied (we knew this as asked before hand) but this is a nuisance when you are coming from overseas. I would have expected towels. There were signs everywhere (entrances and lifts) saying “Airbnb & Homestay guests are NOT ALLOWED in Ari Utama Condominiums. YOU are NOT WELCOME here!” Made us feel uncomfortable. Not enough seating. Only one 3-seater sofa. Needs one more sofa or a couple of armchairs.

The pool was under mantanance so we couldn't use it. The host told us that usually it is possible to use the pool.
