IJM Condo with Pool #Yoyo Homestay

Apartamento muy amplio, cómodo y renovado, tres habitaciones, amplio salón y habitaciones cómodas. Tiene lavadero, con detergente. Piscina genial.

Algo alejado para ir a pie de supermercados y restaurantes, aunque hay alguna opción cerca.

The property was very well equipped and comfortable. The location was great as only 20 minutes drive from Sepilok and walking distance to good restaurants. There is a very large swimming pool. Very helpful host who sent clear instructions to help us find property and parking space and showed us round the apartment and explained how things worked and also gave us recommendations for places to eat.

The host was very kind and informative. Location was close to a center with some restaurants en supermarkets. In 30 minutes you will reach Sepilok Orang-Oetan centre.

Building looks very old, pooltiles were broken, sunbeds are all broken. In the appartement missing some stuff in the kitchen for example, knife, bords... Beds are very very hard.

Lovely and clean with everything you need. Close to local shops and eateries.

Pool access is limited to 4 people per unit so my husband and I had to take turns going into the pool with our 3 children which isn’t ideal!

Fantastic host. Allowed us to use pool until checkin. Also booked us a taxi for next morning to airport. So helpful. Fantastic modern apartment. Super facilities. Beautiful pool. Comfortable beds. Only 10 mins from Tawau airport. Highly recommend!!
