A very spacious apartment in a stunning location. Very peaceful with an exceptional view of Dragonera. The swimming pool was clean and very quiet so a nice facility to use although our preference was the beach it was great to cool off by using the pool at the end of the day. We didn’t have a car, but I could see that there was plenty of parking available. A property that is good value for money in the beautiful resort of Sant Elm.

Property is very dated and needs modernising. I knew there was no air conditioning. The fans were useful but not that effective and obviously quite noisy. The bedding was poor. More pillows and white cotton bedding would make sleeping easier. As there was no air conditioning we had to leave the windows open which obviously let in the mosquitos. So mosquito screens or netting would be useful. The peaceful location does mean a 20 minute walk to the beach. This didn’t bother me but my husband wasn’t so happy!
