Todo ordenado, el dueño un amor muy preocupado .. Una excelente atención

Todo, era espectacular tenia todo lo necesario, don juan pablo muy amable, y encima daba un aguita de regalo, mas ofrecer cosas adicionales, lo reconiendo un 100%

El uso del espacio, preciso, como y confortable, además se la atención del dueño, un amor de persona

L'appartement est très bien situé, tout près de la station de métro Pajaritos qui est aussi un arrêt de la navette de l'aéroport et du bus pour Valparaiso. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants. Ils nous ont offert de l'eau et de la nourriture à notre arrivée. L'appartement est petit mais très bien conçu . Je le recommande vivement.

Un des deux lits est étroit et ne peut pas convenir à une personne trop corpulente.

El hostal está ubicado en un lugar estratégico para quienes necesitan viajar desde/hacia el terminal Pajaritos y el aeropuerto. Llegué a las 9 p. m. desde Valparaíso y estaba preocupada por si era seguro caminar los 4 minutos desde el terminal hasta el hostal, pero fue totalmente tranquilo. Se siente seguro. Además, el dueño siempre estuvo en contacto y respondió a mis mensajes prácticamente de inmediato. El lugar tiene todo lo necesario: cocina básica equipada, toallas, etc. ¡Recomendado!

The host Juan Pablo was very friendly, kind and ready to communicate before the stay. They prepared a very tasty, large, homemade but cheap dinner for us. This was very helpful late in the evening! The heating was working very well during a cold and rainy winter night. Very convenient if you need to take a bus from Pajaritos bus terminal in Santiago

Expect simple but useful accommodation

Don Juan Pablo muy amable. Lugar muy limpio y cómodo.

It was an easy 5min walk from the bus stop, directly from the airport. The owner was just coming back to the door so I had a welcome from him. The booking process and access information via WhatsApp was superb. The foto was him, waving and the house was exactly the same as it looks. So it was easy to spot it. Wifi worked well, mini kitchen, hot shower, comfy bed, hair drier, everything I needed.

The neighborhood was not a nice area. Looked a little bit unsafe. Especially the station area. Garbages are scattered on the floor. 10min walk to the supermarket but nothing else. Restaurants no nothing.

It is a great location if you don't have to go to the very center of Santiago but still only a few metro stops from it. tranquil neighborhood and super friendly host. I wanted to come back a few days after but it was already booked...so next time!
