Durante nuestra estadía de cuatro días y tres noches en el edificio, pudimos evaluar distintos aspectos del servicio. Si bien la ubicación es inmejorable y el precio resulta adecuado, consideramos importante señalar algunas áreas de mejora.

En primer lugar, el departamento requiere mantenimiento, particularmente en el baño y las habitaciones. Las condiciones de limpieza al momento del ingreso no fueron las esperadas: si bien las camas y la ropa de cama se encontraban en buen estado, los pisos no habían sido correctamente higienizados. En cuanto a la atención, el personal de recepción no mostró inicialmente disposición para custodiar el equipaje hasta el final de la tarde; sin embargo, finalmente accedió a hacerlo, lo cual se agradece. Esperamos que estos comentarios sean de utilidad para mejorar la experiencia de futuros huéspedes.
