La proprietaria parla benissimo inglese ed è stata molto gentile, il parcheggio interno è comodissimo e sicuro. La casa come da annuncio non è climatizzata ma forniscono un ventilatore che aiuta a riposare bene la notte. L’alloggio si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, al rientro in salita, ma per noi non è stato un problema. Ci sono i taxi che per pochi euro vi riportano a casa.

La cosa che non mi è assolutamente piaciuta è il tendaggio della zona notte, non è sufficiente per riposare in quanto i lampioni sono troppo visibili, c’è troppa luce. Prese elettriche insufficienti. C’è la lavatrice ma si può usare a pagamento, nell’annuncio si scrive che la lavanderia è a pagamento, non pensavo fosse la lavatrice. Pulizia migliorabile

Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort , la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Comodo per il parcheggio privato, ottimo per parcheggiare le moto . Centro raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi . Consigliato

Unser Apartment war recht in der Nähe der Innenstadt. Fußläufig alles erreichbar. Runter konnte man leicht laufen, aber hoch wurde es etwas schwierig. Mit dem Taxi geht es aber schnell und ist günstig. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, im Apartment hat man alles was man braucht und es ist überall sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kann es jedem weiterempfehlen. Unmittelbar in der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf.

Everything was so clean and tidy. You can find anything you need in the house. The host was so sweet and hospitable.

The flat was clean, comfortable, the area felt safe.

The water was not running on one of the days I was staying there. Even though it was a planned maintenance (as I checked on Sarajevo water management website), the host did not inform me at all. When confronted about the fact and asked for a discount, the manager started being extremely rude, writing me messages with caps lock on. She was extremely arrogant in her messages, totally not caring about the guest, not showing even a slight amount of sorriness or respect to the customer. I attach her arrogant messages below. Luckily, booking.com provided the discount instead of her (probably because booking.com understands that running water should be a part of the accommodation services) Other than that, even though the location is quite close to the centre, it's quite uphill so especially in summer it can be quite exhausting to climb to the flat. As mentioned in the description, there is no AC, so the flat can get hot in summer but it was manageable in my (ground floor) apartment.
