the position

No blinds at the windows, impossibile to sleep after sunrise. The sheets were coverings and not proper sheets and some of us had to make their own bed. It was impossible to set the temperature for the shower water, or freezing cold or boiling hot. It was not possible to pay with the card and no receipt was given
