الشقه ارضيه بها غرفه نوم مع دوره مياه وصاله تلفاز مع مطبخ وطاوله طعام المطبخ مجهز بكل الادوات المستخدمه للطبخ مكان الشقه في اليجا قريب منه محطه بنزل ومطعم وسوبر ماركت مالكه الشقه محترمه وتقدر وترحب بالضيوف يوجد شطاف خارجي في دوره المياه اسأل صاحبه الشقه لتجهيزه

"شقة ممتازة وتصلح للعوائل الخليجية لخصوصيتها المطلقة . سوف أكرر الاقامة فيها ."

الهدوء وقربه من السنتر تقريبا 450 متر حديقة خلفية وحديقة أمامية ، شقة أرضية مع جلسة أمام الحديقة همة وتعاون صاحبة الشقة والشكر خاص للجار نجاد ، مدخل خاص للسيارة .

عدم شطاف للمرحاض . مدخل الفريج ضيق يستوعب سيارة واحد ولكن لا يؤثر على جمال الشقة وموقعها .
