Great host, super communication, proactive and helpful. The location is really amazing right next to the center/old town, super convenient and easy to get to everything! Good restaurants nearby. The room is beautiful and very large.

AC could've been a little stronger, and curtains didn't block out light. But these were minor.

Everything but I think the location has to be the top most thing followed by the landlady herself. It is a very short walk from most of the places you want to visit. It is so central that we would sometimes return to the flat just to use the restroom! The apartment is also very modern with a really nice, modern and cosy decor and is perfect for a family of four. And the hosts helped us book an early morning taxi to the train station for us to catch our train to Mostar. On our way in, we were charged KM30 after a lot of haggling with the taxi driver whereas the taxi she arranged charged u/ keas than a third of that!

Nothing. The building looked a bit too arty from the outside with graffiti on it but once you’re inside, it practically looks like a completely different building.
