Old Town Design Apartments

Great location! Only a few mins from all the shops in old town. Very clean and extra sheets provided for the sofa bed.

Two towels were provided for 2 people. No hand towel in the bathroom or mat on bathroom floor which made the bathroom very slippery. I asked for more towels, especially as I usually prefer to have a towel for my hair after a shower but was told I have enough for my stay. I explained they weren’t enough and was then told the team would bring me some - 3 days in - the towels never came and I ended up buying my own. I also forgot my trainers in the shoe cabinet (my own fault) but was later told that the cleaning team didn’t find them which was disappointing.

La saleté de l’établissement. Tout était cassé, il y avait une 30aine de mouche mortes sur le rebord de ma fenêtre, les placards (notamment celui de la salle de bain) sentais extrêmement mauvais. Énorme saleté sur la porte de la salle de bain

Konumu harika, odanın temizliği, yatakların kalitesi harika, odanın kalitesi, konforu ve eşyaların durumu çok iyiydi. Bir daha gelsem yine burda kalmak isterim.

The location is close to down town

The property is weirdly designed, the apartment is so narrow and U shaped! And the AC on one side and the bed is on the other, felt so hot! And Sarajevo in summer is seriously hot. Beside that the host sent us a message saying any rule you break you’ll be charged 500€. One of the rules was not to break anything, yet everything in the apartment was broken literally. Anything you touch is broken - table, chair, sink, toilet seat, a-lot of things. Also the tram or metro passes very close and the whole building shakes when it does. Which is annoying a little.

Удобное расположение рядом со старым городом и канатной дорогой. Все чистое, современное .
