"Last‑Minute Cancellation Ruined Our Trip"

We had a fully confirmed booking, but the host canceled our stay just one day before arrival with no valid reason and no proper apology. This left us scrambling for last‑minute accommodation at a much higher price and completely disrupted our plans. The communication was poor and unprofessional, and overall the experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this host to anyone.

Sve nam se dopalo. Vlasnici divni i prijatni ljudi. Lokacija izvanredna. I najvažnija stvar je udoban krevet. Nikada se nigde nismo tako lepo i prijatno odmorili. Svaka cast! I naravno, eto nas za pola godine opet u Sarajevo kod istog gazde!

Smještaj je na prvi pogled jako lijep i prostran, lokacija je dobra i ima puno potencijala. Nažalost, čistoća je bila na vrlo niskoj razini – svuda je bilo prašine, pod se lijepio kad stanete, a naišli smo i na žohare. Također, bilo je jako puno dugih crnih dlaka, najviše u primaćoj sobi po ugaonoj seći, ali i na podu i u sobama. To je ostavilo dojam da stan nije bio očišćen prije našeg dolaska. Šteta, jer bi uz bolju higijenu ovo bio zaista odličan smještaj.
