MEAbsolute disgrace! No cancellation information was given. We found out when we were about to get there. They said they couldn't accommodate us with a ridiculous excuse. It's nothing but disgrace. And they said this when we approached the location. This is rude and disrespectful!
BAIt’s clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and polite. He and his family are always there to help absolutely whenever you are in need. That’s rare to find in most places. Mirza, thank you for everything! I will definitely book this apartment again when in Sarajevo.
