good location, cozy and spacious apartment with all the facilities and modern TV with very wide screen.

There were problems starting the washing machine

Excellent place and great location

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The host was welcoming and fast to respond. The location is nice, in the vicinity of several cafes, shops and in short walking distance to the city center and the old town. Everything is provided in the apartment, including a hairdryer, fridge, microwave oven, and coffee/tea.

it was an amazing experience in Sarajevo and mostly because of this place: quite close to the old city, quite enough. i liked design mostly. Perfect WiFi. The host allows to check-In early.

Looks like an electric pot leaks a little bit

My family and I stayed at Hamza’s place and had the best experience imaginable. I messaged Hamza that I would have a last minute addition of my two sons coming with me and he adjusted accordingly. We were able to set up a ride from the airport. The driver was pretty informative as well, explaining where the closest cites were. The apartment is located just 5 minutes from the shopping center. And was just a 10 minute walk to Baščaršija where you’ve got unlimited food to try out and great views. The apartments location is just perfect, quiet but still near the center of the city. The apartment itself was clean and spacious for my family and parents. Upon entering we were welcomed with a welcome basket with some snacks and water. My son was so excited seeing the chocolate😂. Besides, the beds were comfy and a bed was provided for our baby as well. The rooms and kitchen were clean. Seems like there was reno done in the bathroom and the pictures hadn't been updated. Also, for work, the WiFi is strong so my wife could do her Zoom calls without any issues.

The only thing that could be improved is providing a map of the surrounding areas and maybe some recommendations on things to do.
