"Sassello in mezzo alla natura"

La posizione dell'appartamento è in pieno centro storico, si trova al terzo piano di una bella palazzina storica (senza ascensore) - Stanze ben illuminate - cucina con frigorifero e cucina a gas con stoviglie - bagno cieco con ventola

L'appartamento è arredato con troppi mobili in stile retrò, ne andrebbero smaltiti alcuni per dare più spazio e rende più agevole il movimento all'interno delle stanze. L'alloggio ha bisogno di una bella pulita.

"Do la sufficienza piena anche se ci sono alcune carenze."

Ottima posizione e alloggio spazioso, possibilità di lavare e far asciugare la biancheria su ampio terrazzo. Poco disturbato la notte.

Arredamento anni 60, televisore obsoleto mentre la descrizione riportava uno schermo piatto, parcheggio di fatto assente perchè già occupato, scarsa pulizia. Parecchie rampe di scale per raggiungere l'alloggio, non un problema per me ma sicuramente non adatto a disabili o persone anziane.
