Die Unterkunft war sehr exklusiv ausgestattet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, wunderschöne Terrasse für die warme Jahreszeit, toller Ausblick aufs Meer

Leider war während unseres Aufenthaltes im Januar, bei Temperaturen unter Null die Heizung defekt, was im Vorfeld nicht bemerkt wurde Leider konnte der Vermieter erst einen Tag später ein Heizgerät zur Verfügung stellen, dass bei Dauerbetrieb die Raumtemperatur etwas erhöhte Die nachträgliche Erstattung von 50€ für 2 Nächte (Gesamtpreis 300€) empfanden wir als zu gering Der gesamte Aufenthalt wurde dadurch erheblich beeinträchtigt

"Wohlfühlwohnung mit Blick auf den Sassnitzer Hafen"

Wohlfühlwohnung! Geschmackvoll, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Der Blick über den Hafen und die zugefrorenen Ostsee rundeten diesen Eindruck ab. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants fussläufig. Ausstattung sehr hochwertig und sauber.

Die allgemeine Kommunikation. Der Fitnessraum stand nicht zur Verfügung, weil die Heizung defekt. Dies wurde uns erst auf Nachfrage vor Ort mitgeteilt. Der obere vereiste Teil, der etwas steilen Einfahrt, machte die Ausfahrt sehr rutschig. Die Bitte unsererseits zu streuen o.ä. blieb weitgehend unbeachtet.
