Near River St. and having a whole apartment. Beautifully decorated historic house. I would book this again!

Would've loved to be able to hook up to the living tv via Bluetooth. Channel selection was terrible and remote was hard to use. Door lock to unit#1, back entrance, didn't always work from outside. Had to use the hall entrance. Parking was tight with our large club cab pickup.

The property itself was beautiful.

The AC was not turned on before our arrival, or maybe it was, but it wasn't working. The unit would cut on once the thermostat registered 81 deg. It would cool to 80 deg, then cut off. I called before opening hours and left a message that it was so hot and had been all night. The property had two bedrooms, only one of which had a ceiling fan, so I slept in the livingroom with a chair and ottomans pulled together under that ceiling fan. Later that day, I received a "how are we doing survey and gave thumbs down. At 3pm, I received a call, only because of my survey response. I never received a call about the message I had left about the AC not working. By that time I had already booked somewhere else to stay. The property also advertises 2 baths. It has one and 1/2. We were two couples. I expected two bedrooms and two bathrooms. That is why I was willing to accept the no refund property to begin with. I thought it was the perfect set up for two couples. If you set a no refund policy, you had better make sure everything is just as you advertise. Also, you should make sure everything is working. While I'm on a roll, why would you provide two whole coffee pots and zero coffee filters? I am never a complainer, promise, hence the new reservation at a different establishment. I would have normally just cut my losses and moved on, but the simple fact that I told the person who called me about my thumbs down that I had not received a call for the maintenance and that I had moved out of the Habersham already, I have yet to receive an apology from the property. Again, I understand no refund, but when the problem and poor customer service is your fault, you should make it right..

The apartment was right next to the river front and next to several restaurants.

Location was find.

Ice maker didn't work.

The floors were filthy. You could feel debris on the laminates and the wood floors. I actually threw away my socks I wore in the rental. Everything else was clean - but floors were very dirty. Also, the ice maker does not work in the kitchen. We had to walk to convenience store for ice. The locks on the doors were not very secure and there is a huge gap under the lower lever bedroom door - you can see the light- maybe you should add a weatherstrip or something.

The furnishings were comfortable and unique. The location was an easy walk to many attractions. There were several places to dine for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The north stone wall in the smaller bedroom seemed to shed bits and pieces of mortar making it uncomfortable to walk on getting in and out of bed. The lower exterior door was in need of repair. There was no washer or dryer available for long term tenants unless they rented the entire 3 unit house.

Beautiful historic house situated in an excellent location. You are can walk anywhere, there is a beautiful park and square within one/two blocks. Loved how the house was decorated. The agency that manages the property was always available and polite.

The toilet seat on the downstairs bathroom felt a bit loose.
