Sayulita Beach House Hotel

Absolutely horrible..no staff.no electricity.no water..very dirty...we couldn't stay at all..a complete nightmare...beware and do not book..hope a refund is going to happen..we were fortunate enough to have family in a different place and spent new years eve on blow up mattresses with no sheets...never again booking.com.

La ubicación es perfecta y la atención también es muy buena, fueron muy amables. Las habitaciones estaban bien equipadas, muy limpias y en general agradables

El aspecto del hotel en general era algo malo, se le notan los años y está algo descuidado. Me dió una mala impresión al llegar, aunque desapareció en cuanto me dieron la habitación

Filthy, broken down, no water from broken taps, no soap/towels, a/c didn’t work, LOUD music All night long. Bar prices were 2x anywhere else.

-Facilities are in the worst shape possible -Open bathroom to the room -Cockroaches. - Got bitten by bed bugs. - the window/door is not sealed (huge gap). - the door is hard to open. - the sink was clogged Walls are falling apart.

Es horrible, hotel abandonado, sucio, usan la entrada como basurero de los negocios de la calle

No me gustó nada, ni el precio vale la porquería de lugar.

I had bats flying in and around I had cockroaches, including 1 in my bed I could not connect to the wifi from inside my room, I had to go out to the courtyard every time I wanted to use the internet

It's a great location. Check in and check out are easy. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The fridge euros and there are new appliances.

We arrived at night and there was no toilet paper or covers for the beds. The beds had sheets but no blankets and they wouldn't bring us any. It gets a little chilly in the night. They also wouldn't give us 2 keys which meant we could never go anywhere separately because you can't even shut the door without a key.
