Comfortable apartment, adequately furnished Clean refrigerator and washing machine with dish and clothes washing soaps provided Clean towels BUT not the bedding Beds comfortable The apartment was clean EXCEPT see below Owner responded to our complaints - seemed not to understand spoken English language but rectification done

1. Was informed to collect keys at a different location by a certain time. We are paid guests, do NOT give us an arrival mandate, after all should we not show up they get their money anyway 2. On arrival at the apartment, front door damaged and shoe cabinet door hanging off 3. No kettle provided, only a water dispenser and an ? Induction stove with a steamer. No pots or pans or microwave oven to heat food - not even 06 six sets of crockery!! - just mismatched inadequate stuff 4. Paid for 03 nights stay - supplied only with 04 sachets of 3in1 coffee for whole visit, we did not touch the stuff. Would have been great to have some sugar, pepper and salt available 5. No garbage bags provided 6. No dish cloth, only 01 small hand towel in kitchen for 06 pax for 03 days THE BEDDING WAS BLOOD STAINED AND DID NOT SMELL FRESH and we spent the first night miserable 🙁😢, all was changed the next day 7. The plaster ceiling in bathroom in master bedroom dripped on us from above
